Diagnosed with alopecia at just five years old, I faced more than the physical toll. Battling bullies throughout my childhood and enduring the pain of ridicule, I missed out on precious school years due to the heartless act of having my wig pulled off. Determined to rise above, I began wearing wigs at the age of nine, teaching myself to style them seamlessly and naturally, defying the trend.

My story is one of unwavering determination. Through countless school changes and struggles, I pursued education and knowledge, never letting setbacks define me. Wigs, once a means of confidence, have now transformed into a platform of empowerment.

I presently stand as a beacon of resilience, having turned my pain into purpose. Today, I am on a mission from God to empower women who, like me, face hair loss due to cancer or alopecia. With over 45 years of wig-creating experience, I founded Divinely Designed Hair LLC and the Wig Making Academy, where I share my expertise to instill confidence in daily hairstyles.

In the face of adversity, I found my calling. From a home business to a bustling salon and a thriving academy, my journey is a testament to the power of purpose and determination.

Taking my dedication to the next level, my fervent passion lies in igniting inspiration and instilling unwavering motivation within young girls and women. I aspire to cultivate their self-assurance and embolden them to dream expansively, especially as they tread the path of fulfilling their divinely bestowed purpose in life. I firmly believe that each individual walks this earthly journey for a distinct reason, and their true purpose resides within, awaiting their pursuit fueled by God and faith.
